Hear Ye, hear Ye! As you may know, the king of Medea has won the battle for Harbour city. In property of Harbour, there is a joust tournament arena, but also a distant horseracing circuit.

In the chance of celebrating of Harbour's freedom, the king has decided to organize the horseracing tournament. It will take place on Sunday, the 17th of August in 19:00 GMT+1 (20:00 CEST/GMT+2). Foreign racers, please write a GM page that you wish to be registered as a racer. Merchants are welcome as well as the Bet collectors. King doesn't wish himself to arrange the betting system, but if any of spectators decides to collect bets, king agrees with that. (We note you that cheating during the bet collection will be punished. Bet collector may keep 20% from the one-round jackpot and the rest of money, he has to pay to winner/split to winners)

Racing conditions:
- a horse of rare horse in the property of racer
- 5 thousand gold pieces (1 thousand as an entry fee into the racing area and 4 thousand fee for registering into the race.

Um, just to prevent confusion: It's at 20:00 CEST, that's GMT +2, or BST (British Summer Time) +1.
