i think that i did everything like in instalation quide
install uoml than updated it runn endor patcher after he finished i used ender.exe file and nothing happend theres no changes in proceses and pc is doing nothing at all
im trying to run this on win xp pro 32bit system

do you have another UO installed on your PC? could be the prob

Or did your UO:ML installation patch itself to AOS by any chance? Try launching uo.exe to see if the welcome screen says AOS or ML. I just had the same problem, downloaded the installation from here, patched twice and it said AOS. No idea why, but it happened every time. So I had to install ML once more, I didn't do any patches, but just overwrote the files with already patched UO:ML files from another PC. Since you probably can't do that I would try another UO:ML installation, but can't tell if it helps.
I've been using the same instal.exe many times for quite a long time and only now the problem occured.
