im sorry but i cant find an information regarding password lost . my account is pirata456 and i cant remember my password would u help me plz my mail is perrintintin@hotmail.com and i remember my main char was a paladin named brad ford

Hello, please use your PUK password, instead of your main password.

LOGIN: your login name
PASSWORD: PUK password(not your common password)

Than in game you should to choose new password.

"After you log in, the request for showing PUK appears (command .showpuk). PUK is a code, which cannot be changed and enables you to always log in to your account, no matter what your normal password is. Save your PUK carefully, it will be shown to you just once. PUK reduces the account selling, their stealing and it can help you, when you forget you normal password. Your password can be changed in-game by using the command .passwd."

the problem is i lost all my information i do not remember my puk cus my computer was deleted several times and well lost much information i just need help with that some one help me

then I'm afraid you'll have to start over. There is no way of retrieving your old password. (resetting is also not possible without PUK)

so sad no one can help me on the 2008 when i joined the one gm help me to get the account again if u guy cant help me im so sad for it cus i really want back to play on this amazing server i just want to know if my account still active cus on 2009 i stop play for problem on my computer just tell me if pirata456 account still active or one char named brad ford still on the data base of the server plz

Well, even if GMs could send you your password, it would be worthless, because you say you've stopped playing in 2009, but in 2010, there was a big deleting of all accounts which have not been logged for more than three months. So your account is deleted anyway :/

I already said you. GMs never send passwords.

Please create new account. If you dont have PUK, than your current game account is lost forever.
